In that case, we dealt with it by cutting off the dented part of the cutting edge, but this has the disadvantage of reducing durability because it removes the essential hardened part.
Therefore, our company introduced the most advanced "ultra-high frequency induction heating equipment" in 2002. This method allows impact hardening to be performed without any nicks or dents on the cutting edge.

Each piece is inspected in six places using a projector. Saw boards with warping and bending have different heights on the front and back teeth, so they are corrected to make the height uniform to the nearest 0.001.
